Free Self Yoga offers yoga classes for all across South Wales.  

About me:

Hi, I'm Delyth. 
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Satsanga Ashram  in 2016, and since then I've worked to increase my understanding of yoga as a practice with training in Yoga Nidra, Yin, Teen Yoga, adaptive yoga, HIIT (high intensity interval training) yoga and SUP (stand up paddleboarding) yoga. All my classes are fully ensured. I hold a current enhanced DBS certificate.

I believe classes should be what you need them to be.

Freeself yoga principles:

  • Everything is optional, and all options are equal
  • Classes are all about finding balance
  • You know your bodies best, I'm here to guide and support
  • Whether you've practiced for years, or are completely new to yoga, you are very welcome here. 
  • Not everyone's body is the same, as such no posture will look the same
  • Adjustments require consent and I will always ask

Training, participation and evaluation

I am a qualified trainer and have a background in community development, specialising with working with vulnerable groups including family carers, youth homeless groups and people on probation. I can develop bespoke sessions for staff and/or clients.

I offer programme evaluation on funded and pilot projects please contact me for more information.
